Working in big corporations is traumatic

Although we think our jobs were unique, they're all the same. They all have so many:

• repetitive weekly meetings
• detailed project timelines
• exacting standards on deliverables
• recurring training programs

It's no surprise why IG accounts such as @corporatebro and @corporatenatalie have cult-like followings for their humor.

On one hand, having so much control and structure is supportive to scaling.
On the other, it can create THE WAY that we must build our business

Through working at Deloitte, I developed a way of working that has been
extremely effective
and paralyzing at the same time

I have felt that everything needed to be perfect.

That change needed to be communicated and executed flawlessly.

Until I joined the startup world and realized that continuous iteration and pivoting is almost like a constant.

The people who love you will applaud you.
The haters....well, they'll just have another thing to criticize.

For those who've been on the journey, you know that I have started to let go of my identity of CPD Advisors for the new one ( which is more powerful and exciting to me) The Million Dollar Machine.

And the journey has continued with the product evolution of my former Starting with Systems course ->

It is shifting towards the Build your Machine Accelerator, a 3-month cohort transformation.

Today, I'd like to announce the latest shift in the evolution.

The Swarm - > the name of our community is now The Factory

Andy Warhol, one of the most famous artists in history was wildly successful because he created a factory where hundreds of artists produced his famed works.

Inside of The Factory, Million Dollar Machines are made by you, the Makers in the community.

My corporate experience created a story that I needed to be perfect and flawless with my change communications.
And I've felt that recently from clients of mine who have pointed out different gaps in the courses.
I've communicated with them since about my plans.

As long as you are open in your sharing, I believe this is a sign of progress
