I'll be honest, I'm not feeling my best today.

If you didn't know before, I'm a proud Jew and am feeling incredibly distraught by what is happening right now in the Middle East

While I want to curl up into a ball and watch the news 24/7, I know that this trauma response to Fear and Anxiety.

This week's secret is less about systems and more about connection.

Connect with others to prevent isolation.

Only a couple of thoughts on how to stay in connection while experiencing stress: whether thats building a business or watching the news

Here's 5 suggestions that I am implementing to hopefully stay in the flow of building and moving the ball forward:

• Connect with your Community - Reach out to friends and family and share whats happening in your life. Don't dump your problems on them, just ask for them to hold space and.
• Find Quiet Time - Turn off your phone (or the news) for 30-45 minutes at a time
• Go Outside - Thx @Julian for the suggestion. Walk around outside (without your phone). Bonus points for being barefoot on grass
• Surrender - You are not responsible for what is happening. You can let go of the feeling that is paralyzing you from being present
• Create Something - Whether its a meal, a blog post, a song, a drawing, or even a collage of photos. Creating keeps you in the flow.
